Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & No-Show Policy At Battle Tested LLC, we value your time and ours. To ensure efficient scheduling and fairness to all clients, we enforce the following policy: Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your appointment are free of charge. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment and No-shows (where the collector arrives and the client is unavailable)will incur a $50 cancellation fee. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any fees. By booking a service, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
