Laboratory Partners:
Specimen collection documentation and chain of custody information is shared with our contracted laboratory partners — DISA Global Solutions and MedTox — solely for the purpose of processing your drug screen. Laboratory partners are bound by their own privacy and confidentiality agreements.Medical Review Officers (MRO):
In the event of a non-negative result your collection information may be shared with a certified MRO for result review as required by DOT regulations. The MRO may contact you directly as part of the review process.Employers:
If your collection was ordered by your employer collection status information is accessible to the authorized employer contact through our client portal. Final result information is delivered directly by the laboratory and MRO — not by Battle Tested Specimen Collections.Legal Requirements:
We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or government regulation, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our business, clients, or the public.Business Transfers:

Non-DOT collection records are retained for a minimum of 2 years. Payment records are retained as required by applicable tax and financial regulations.
