Accessibility Statement
This statement was last updated on [06/21/2026].
Battle Tested is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all users, including individuals with disabilities. We strive to make our website and services accessible and easy to use.
Our Commitment
Battle Tested Specimen Collections is committed to ensuring that our website, services, and communications are accessible to all individuals, including those with disabilities. We believe that everyone deserves equal access to drug screen collection and specimen services regardless of ability, and we are dedicated to providing an inclusive experience for all clients, donors, and employers.
Website Accessibility
We strive to ensure that our website at www.battletestedwa.com meets or exceeds the standards set forth in the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. Our ongoing efforts include:
— Clear and consistent page navigation and structure
— Descriptive text alternatives for non-text content
— Sufficient color contrast between text and background
— Keyboard navigable website functionality
— Readable and resizable text without loss of content
— Accessible forms with clearly labeled fields
— Mobile-friendly design for access on all devices
Mobile Collections & Physical Accessibility
As a fully mobile service we come to your location — eliminating barriers that fixed-site collection locations may present. We are committed to accommodating clients with physical disabilities or mobility limitations by:
— Collecting at a location of your choosing that is accessible to you
— Allowing additional time for collections when needed
— Accommodating mobility aids, wheelchairs, and assistive devices during the collection process
— Working with clients who require seated or alternative collection setups within DOT and Non-DOT protocol guidelines
— Coordinating with employers to ensure collection locations are physically accessible to all employees being tested
Communication Accessibility
We are committed to communicating in ways that work for you:
— Written communication available via email at info@battletestedwa.com
— Phone communication available at (206) 939-0335
— We will make reasonable accommodations for individuals who require alternative communication formats
— TTY/TDD users may contact us through the Washington State Relay Service at 711
Language Access
We recognize that our service area includes individuals whose primary language may not be English. While our primary business language is English we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate clients with limited English proficiency including:
— Allowing additional time during collections for language needs
— Accepting the assistance of an interpreter brought by the client when permitted under DOT collection protocols
— Providing written materials in alternative formats upon request when feasible
DOT Collection Protocol & Accessibility
Please note that DOT-mandated drug screen collections must follow strict federal protocols established by the Department of Transportation. While we will make every reasonable accommodation certain procedural requirements cannot be modified as they are governed by federal regulation. If you have a medical condition or disability that may affect your collection please contact us prior to your appointment so we can prepare appropriately.
If you are unable to provide a urine specimen due to a documented medical condition please inform the Collector before the collection begins. DOT has established specific protocols for donors with medical conditions affecting specimen production and we will follow those protocols accordingly.
Known Limitations
While we strive for full accessibility our website is built on the Wix platform which may have certain limitations outside of our direct control. We actively work within our platform's capabilities to maximize accessibility and will continue to improve as new tools and features become available.
Feedback & Accessibility Requests
We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of our website and services. If you experience any barriers to access or would like to request a reasonable accommodation please contact us:
