Non-DOT Screening Options

Lab-Based Panels (collection, MedTox laboratory analysis, and independent MRO review included)

  • 5-Panel Screen — standard non-regulated drug screen covering the most commonly tested substances

  • 9-Panel Standard — expanded substance coverage for a broader compliance or workplace-safety need

  • 10-Panel Expanded — our most comprehensive standard panel

  • 5-Panel + EtG — adds an alcohol-use biomarker to standard drug screening

  • 9-Panel Expanded + EtG — our broadest panel, combining extended drug coverage with alcohol monitoring

  • EtG Only — dedicated alcohol-use testing, commonly used for court, probation, or monitoring programs

Rapid On-Site Testing (results in minutes)

  • Rapid 7-Panel — instant screening result at time of collection

  • Rapid 13-Panel + Fentanyl — expanded instant screening, including fentanyl detection

All rapid results are screening-level; any non-negative automatically proceeds to full laboratory confirmation and MRO review before being reported final — so you get speed without sacrificing accuracy.

Every collection is performed by a certified collector using proper chain-of-custody procedures, whether at your workplace, a personal residence, or another agreed location within our service area.

What to Expect During a Non-DOT Drug Screen

  1. Check-In & Identification

    • Photo ID is requested to verify identity and ensure accurate documentation.

  2. Specimen Collection

    • Urine collection is performed in a professional, private setting.

  3. Testing Method

    • Rapid Testing: Results available on-site within minutes.

    • Lab-Based Testing: Sample is sent to an accredited laboratory for analysis.

  4. Results Handling

    • Rapid results are reviewed immediately.

    • Lab-based results are processed and securely reported once complete.

  5. Confirmatory Testing

    • Non-negative rapid results may be sent for laboratory confirmation if required.

Non-DOT testing allows greater flexibility than DOT testing, but still follows strict documentation and privacy standards.
